James did an excellent job on my car. He was very professional and thorough. I only trust him with my car. I always leave feeling safe and confident that everything has been checked and completed, to a very high standard. I have been coming back here year after year, great shop, can’t recommend it enough.

Rafael at Arlington Auto and Tire did an amazing job. I came in for an oil change, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The prices were great, and Rafael worked with me to get the best price possible without trying to overcharge me or push anything I did not need. He also went out of his way to help me with my trunk, which had a broken latch. He got it fixed and made sure everything was working properly. Great service, fair prices, plus someone who genuinely looks out for his customers. If you go to Arlington Auto and Tire, ask for Rafael. I highly recommend him.

I only gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I went this last Monday for an oil change and Rafael, Stacey and Kim helped me out. They were very professional with just the right amount of sassiness. We had to wait for a filter to be delivered and they were upfront about everything. Would definitely recommend arlington auto for your car care needs

I’ve been coming here for a while now and the service is always excellent. They give fair prices and are honest. Shout out to Liz who was exceptional and very knowledgeable and forthcoming. She is an excellent addition to this already great staff. I will continue returning here for all my future vehicle needs.

We were five hours away from home on a camping trip when our parents camper blew out two tires. Arlington Auto & Tire was the only shop around that had them in stock. They got us taken care of quickly and helped us so we can get back on the road safely. We truly appreciate their great service and highly recommend them!
